This seminar outlines upcoming doctoral research that combines optical propagation and absorption modelling in multilayer skin tissue with the design and manufacturing of micro- and nano-optical structures using 3D-printed glass preforms. The goal is to develop adaptable optical components optimized for specific skin types and for both therapeutic and diagnostic applications.
