The research presented in this paper focuses on comparing keratometric measurements obtained with two devices: the Visionix L80 Wave+ aberrometer and the Oculus Keratograph 5M corneal topographer in subjects with ocular surface disorders. The effects of activities and lifestyle increasing the risk of dry eye syndrome were analyzed to characterize the research group in detail. Individuals were qualified for the study based on two questionnaires: OSDI and McMonnies. In the research, the averages of the following parameters were compared: the spherical equivalent of the corneal power, the cylinder value converted to two vector components of the crossed cylinder, and the highest and lowest power in the corneal cross section. The research was conducted among the participants in the age range of 18-78 years who, after registering for the study in advance, came with completed questionnaires and were randomly screened on the aforementioned devices. The research was conducted using statistical tests available in Statistica StatSoft software and using Bland-Altman graphical analysis, which is used in medicine to compare the consistency of measurements between devices. The research performed in this paper showed that although there are no statistically significant differences, there are clinically significant differences in some patients with dry eye syndrome that are of crucial importance to the specialist.
