The examination of the eﬀectiveness of methods employed to reduce asthenopic symtopms in users of digital devices

Computer vision syndrome is a group of ailments and injuries resulting from overuse and improper employment of digital devices. The available diagnostic methods of visual disorders enable the use of methods minimizing the asthenopic symptoms in digital devices users. One of the significant elements is proper occupational hygiene along with the implementation of the principles of work ergonomics.
With the help of specifically configured computer software ordering pauses during eyesight-straining work, the research method has been presented and its effectivity proven.
