The OTT Parsivel² is a modern laser disdrometer for a comprehensive measurement of all precipitation types. It measures the precipitation intensity and captures both the size and speed of falling particles. The laboratory is equipped with two such instruments. The first one is installed at the LTR platform in Warsaw, while the second one at the SolarAOT station in Podkarpacie.
