My research interests lie in optical probing of micro- and nanoscale systems, with a focus on interferometric and scattering-based techniques.

I am particularly interested in the behavior of magnetic nanoparticles in complex environments and their interaction with optical fields.

More broadly, I explore how structured photonic systems, including free-form fibers, affect optical signals and propagation, with potential applications in sensing and characterization.

    Degrees and titles

  • Ph.D. in Optics Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, 2022
  • B.Sc. in Optical Information Science and Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, 2013
  • Research and scientific works

Experimental optics. Current research focuses on anti-resonant fibers (ARF) and magnetic nanoparticle (MNP) systems.

Previous work includes interferometric scattering (iSCAT) for MNP imaging, terahertz (THz) imaging, structured beam generation, and fiber-based THz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS).

    Participation in experiments

Anti-resonant fibers (ARF) filled with liquid/MNP suspensions; iSCAT imaging of magnetic nanoparticles under magnetic fields; magneto-optical measurements of MNPs; THz imaging and structured beams; fiber-based THz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS).
