he Paper comprises research results of a comparison of two detection methods of one of the strabismus adaptations – an eccentric fixation. These methods examine the eccentric fixation with an ophthalmoscope and a self-constructed macula coordinator. In addition, the paper describes principles and phenomena used by the coordinator and briefly explains its construction. The work also presents the ophthalmoscope’s working principle, schematics of both devices and the research results.
