Because of its geological complexity, Titan is one of the main areas of interest of modern planetology. It is the only Solar System object other than Earth where rivers currently flow on the surface. This paper presents basic information about Titan, with a particular focus on its fluvial processes. During the study, computer simulations of fluvial evolution with sediment transport were performed. The paper presents the results of the simulations for rivers on Titan and on Earth, with various discharge values and grain sizes of the river bed. On the basis of the analysed data, evolution of Titan's and Earth's rivers was compared.
