This bachelor thesis is devoted to the issue of obtaining light beams with radial and azimuthal polarization using the liquid crystal device. In the theoretical part of the paper is described principle of electromagnetic waves propagation, polarization modes and polarization states of light. In the experimental part is described design and function of the experimental system with a liquid crystal device. Obtained light beams and the use of beams with radial and azimuthal polarization in plasmonic devices with axial symmetry to improve the resolving power were discussed.
